Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianSeeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform field, pump station, building, grounds, vehicle, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate has mechanical ability, can work independently, and is willing to learn.ResponsibilitiesMaintain sewer systems, pump stations, buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.Inspect pump stations daily.Perform MISS DIG markings.Handle lawn care, snow removal, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance.Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage and after-hours emergency call-ins.Follow safety procedures and MIOSHA requirements, including confined-space procedures.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Valid Michigan Driver's License.Authorized to work in the United States.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Able to follow directions and work independently.Good communication skills.Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.Ability to work in confined spaces and meet bonding requirements.Linked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
