JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead fire and installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work is delivered on time and meets SEi’s high standards Act as the on‑site point of contact for project managers, customers, and installation teams Mentor and support junior technicians, helping develop technical skills and best practices Review job sites, read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and determine project requirements Install, wire, program, and configure commercial security systems (burglary, access control, and IP video) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure systems perform flawlessly Ensure compliance with NEC standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes Maintain clean, professional job sites and complete accurate documentation Collaborate with project managers and service teams for smooth project handoffs Assist with inventory tracking, equipment care, and company vehicle upkeep Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and leadership training

Standard 8‑hour workday Monday – Friday Overtime as needed
