Dental Office Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities  

• Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the dental practice.     
  
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure an efficient, productive, and smooth daily workflow.    
  
• Manage patient check-ins/check-outs, treatment planning, and financial arrangements.     
  
• Handle dental insurance verification, claims processing, billing, and collections.     
  
• Maintain a welcoming front-office environment for both our adult and children patients.     
  
• Support and lead the administrative team to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  

Compensation, Schedule & Perks  

• Compensation: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Work Flexibility: Available as either a Full-Time or Part-Time position with customizable hours.    
  
• The Ultimate Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Dental Office Manager OR extensive experience working in administrative roles within a dental office (e.g., Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk Lead, Billing Specialist) with the drive and capability to step into a management role.

Well-versed in day-to-day dental administration, billing workflows, and office technology.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to both children and adults.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
