This Division serves a range of customers across market segments including long-term care facilities, convention centers, clubhouses, bakeries, and restaurants. And offers industry leading chemicals, dish machines, dispensing systems, installation and preventative maintenance services, and product delivery via regional teams and operational centers throughout the country.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the sales managers to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability objectivesDevelop and manage a team of sales leaders, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional developmentServe as a liaison between field sales teams and company headquartersSupport sales leaders with customer visits, joint field work, and strategic account planningStrengthen customer relationships and support key account development within the regionEnsure consistent adoption of sales processes, corporate programs, and company policiesProvide clear communication and feedback to corporate leadership regarding market trends, competitive insights, and field needsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degreeAbility to travel up to 50%5+ years field sales management experience, ideally with multi-territory responsibilityAbility to train and coach direct sales representatives during the selling processPrior experience in territory and district managementDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop high functioning sales teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesTHE COMPANYSince 1911, State Industrial Products has helped customers "Care for Work Environments"®.
