Premier Washington Health Center is a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania, in close proximity to all local hospitals. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team.

Food Service Manager Job Summary

We are looking for a Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of food service staff, overseeing food preparation and serving, and maintaining a clean and safe food environment.

Food Service Manager Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality meals that meet patient dietary needs and preferences
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding food service and sanitation
Maintain a clean and safe food environment, including kitchen and dining areas
Monitor inventory and budget for food and supplies
Develop and implement menu planning and nutrition programs
Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve food service operations

Food Service Manager Requirements

Prior experience in the same or a similar role
