We are seeking experienced individuals with backgrounds in residential construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades to join our Home Building Team. Experience In: Residential Construction Carpentry/Framing Drywall Roofing/Shingling Residential Electrical Residential Plumbing Welding Manufacturing using hand and power tools Other skilled trades What You’ll Do Build quality homes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Read and follow work instructions and production drawings Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals Work as part of a team and assist in multiple areas as needed Follow all safety policies and procedures What We’re Looking For Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a skilled trade Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment Willingness to learn multiple jobs and grow within the organization Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling Work primarily involves standing, up to 4 hours at a time Benefits Competitive Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities Why Clayton?
