What You’ll Do As our Bar Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily bar operations to ensure smooth service.
- Managing inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Training and supervising bar staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Crafting and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the team to develop new drink offerings and promotions.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- A strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ready to take on a management role, even without prior experience.
