Night Shift (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)

Job Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and maintain plant equipment while assisting in determining appropriate methods to complete maintenance tasks.
• Inspect plant equipment to identify potential problems prior to breakdown occurrence.
• Precision-align belts, gears, and direct-coupled shafts using proper tools to specified tolerances.
• Respond to line calls promptly and carry required tools to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Complete scheduled jobs and work orders as assigned.
• Assist during process upsets as needed.
• Participate in safety and plant trainings
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and TPM meetings.
• Training will be day shift the first 30-60 days.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Preventative Maintenance, Equipment Repairs, Troubleshooting Production Issues.
• Ability to think under pressure and make quick, strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to operate a computer and learn SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of lubrication principles and bearing tolerances.
• Ability to take and score at an acceptable level on a Maintenance Skill Test.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, pumps, motor control, power circuitry, PLCs, and welding.
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and predictive maintenance work.
• Strong mechanical experience, including welding, fabricating, precision alignment, light electrical work, troubleshooting, gearboxes, motors, and conveyor systems.
