Role Description
Kiss My Apps шукає Senior Product Manager для Health&Fitness продукту. Наш iOS-продукт уже демонструє стабільне зростання, а зараз ми активно масштабуємо його на нові платформи. Ми шукаємо Product Manager, який візьме повний ownership над Android-напрямком і допоможе перетворити його на самостійний та успішний бізнес-напрям.
Це роль із реальним впливом на продукт, маркетинг та бізнес-результат:
- Запуск нових гіпотез
- Розвиток монетизації
- Робота з retention та масштабуванням продукту
За результатами роботи ти матимеш можливість вирости до Product Lead і очолити весь продуктовий напрям (ios, android і web).
Ми шукаємо людину, яка:
- Мислить повним життєвим циклом користувача - від першого контакту з рекламою до довгострокового утримання
- Поєднує продуктове та маркетингове мислення
- Любить амбітні цілі та вміє досягати вимірюваних результатів
Qualifications
- Досвід роботи в ролі Product Manager у мобільних продуктах
- Досвід розвитку продуктів із subscription моделлю монетизації
- Впевнене розуміння unit-економіки: CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI, конверсії, payback
- Системний досвід проведення A/B-тестів
- Робота з аналітичними інструментами (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 або подібні)
- Розуміння специфіки мобільних продуктів і платформних відмінностей iOS/Android
- Розуміння paid-маркетингу та performance-каналів
- Досвід побудови та оптимізації веб-воронок — сильний плюс
Requirements
- Повний овнершіп Android-напряму
- Продуктова стратегія, роадмеп і пріоритизація платформи
- Перенесення та адаптація фіч з iOS
- Формування та валідація продуктових і маркетингових гіпотез
- Пошук позитивної unit-економіки Android-напряму
- Аналіз поведінки користувачів
- Тісна співпраця з маркетологами
- Управління беклогом
