Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Master Technician role based in Huntington Beach, CA. The Master Technician will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on high-performance and exotic vehicles, ensuring work meets strict safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, identifying issues, completing mechanical repairs, and documenting services performed. The role also involves collaborating with team members on complex performance projects while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Providing clear communication to service advisors and contributing to a positive, customer-focused service experience are essential parts of this position. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, and health insurance is included. Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience as an auto mechanic or technician is required, no exceptions. Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to follow detailed service procedures and manufacturer guidelines. Hands-on experience in Automotive and Automotive Repair, especially with performance or luxury vehicles. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and professional communication. Experience with diagnostic tools, service equipment, and interpreting technical manuals and service bulletins. Ability to work safely with attention to detail, including adherence to shop safety protocols and proper tool usage. Experience with European makes (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and similar) is a strong plus, though not required. Prior experience with high-end, performance, or exotic vehicles is a plus, but not required. Automotive technical training or certification (e.g., trade school, ASE) preferred but not required if experience is strong.
