Join Our Team as a Recruiter / Account Executive at MLR Healthcare Recruitment in Taylor, TX! Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for a motivated Recruiter / Account Executive to join our growing team in Taylor, TX, and help us connect top healthcare talent with leading facilities across the nation!
What You'll Do:
- Recruitment Excellence: Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates for healthcare positions, ranging from medical professionals to administrative staff.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively pursue new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in the healthcare industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced team to streamline the recruitment process and exceed client expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- Recruitment, sales, or account management (Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus but not necessary).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with the Taylor healthcare landscape is a plus!
