Our agency opened in November 2021 and has grown into a strong team of six experienced professionals with over 25 years of combined industry knowledge. I was a team member for 10 years before becoming an agent, so I truly understand what it takes to succeed in this business. I decided to open my agency because I was tired of seeing people taken advantage of simply due to a lack of understanding. With a servants heart, Im committed to educating and supporting our customers every step of the way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Isabelle Garcia - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
