Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour Weekly paychecks Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential Full benefits available upon permanent hire Access to Adecco Aspire Academy with thousands of free online training and upskilling courses Opportunity to lead a growing warehouse team Safe and supportive work environment Job Responsibilities As a Warehouse Manager, you will: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records Enforce safety standards and company policies throughout the facility Train, coach, and assist warehouse staff as needed Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence within the warehouse Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warehouse operations Qualifications Candidates should meet the following requirements: Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems preferred Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email communication Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
