Contact Center Account Manager

Managing client implementations and lifecycle maintenance of IVR programs, the full-time Contact Center Account Manager will coordinate project management tasks, compile client specifications, and ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams while working remotely from the US. Key responsibilities Lead project management efforts, including team leadership and tracking project scope, schedule, and costs Compile client specifications and write creative copy for interactive voice response scripts Analyze client reports to optimize scripts and prepare documentation for business reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience in the contact center industry 2 to 4 years of experience as an account manager, account coordinator, or project manager, preferably with IVR applications Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to travel overnight approximately four times per year Must pass mandatory background checks, including pre-screenings and drug tests
