Virginia Licensed Assistant Vice President

To lead a production and underwriting team, the full-time Virginia Licensed Assistant Vice President will underwrite new and renewal business, approve policy changes, and maintain client relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Underwrite new and renewal business while meeting production goals set by management Supervise team communication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market program products and services effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation Five years of experience as an active Underwriter or seven years in the insurance industry Must hold necessary insurance licenses Proficient in commercial multi-line underwriting and rating Ability to analyze insurance policies and understand client risk profiles
