What You'll Do As a Barista, you'll be cross-trained throughout the restaurant, giving you valuable experience in both front and back of house. You’ll: Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make them feel valued. Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, wraps, salads, and other fresh menu favorites. Learn about the health benefits of our ingredients so you can confidently answer guest questions. Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently. Work with an energetic team that supports one another and celebrates success. Create an experience that keeps guests excited to come back. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Believes hospitality starts with making every person feel special. Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Loves talking with people and providing outstanding customer service. Pays attention to the little details. Works with urgency while maintaining quality. Can occasionally lift up to 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
