Volt is immediately hiring an Senior Administrative Coordinator in Tucson, AZ.

As an Senior Administrative Coordinator you will:

• Order supplies and materials for the department and supported programs.
• Generate visit requests and coordinate new employee and subcontractor onboarding activities.
• Manage department and leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Schedule and coordinate all-hands meetings and distribute follow-up surveys.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Collect department inputs and generate monthly highlight reports.
• Input data into company databases and generate reports from internal systems.
• Maintain department action item tracking and proactively drive commitments to completion.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding company policies, security procedures, and technology systems.
• Support leaders through effective use of mobile technology and digital productivity tools.

This is a Full time, Temp to hire position

Required Qualifications:

• AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high school training.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience scheduling meetings, booking travel, processing expense reports, visit registrations, and ordering supplies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint presentation development.
• Experience merging Excel data into PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience managing internal and external SharePoint platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Rate: $24.50

Hours: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off: Monday - Friday 6am-4pm

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
