Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks including fluid changes and filter replacements.
- Setup and operate multiple machines.
- Conduct changeovers and machine setups
- Assist the Maintenance team with basic PM repairs on equipment.
- Lubricate and clean machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude, ideally from automotive repair, HVAC, or mechanical assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Experience with maintenance repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility equipped with CNC equipment, robotic welders, multi-access robots, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Training hubs are provided for skill development on equipment off the manufacturing floor. The facility promotes a safe and clean working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
