Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including fluid changes and filter replacements.
• Setup and operate multiple machines.
• Conduct changeovers and machine setups
• Assist the Maintenance team with basic PM repairs on equipment.
• Lubricate and clean machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude, ideally from automotive repair, HVAC, or mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Experience with maintenance repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility equipped with CNC equipment, robotic welders, multi-access robots, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Training hubs are provided for skill development on equipment off the manufacturing floor. The facility promotes a safe and clean working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
