Practice Management Coach - Self-Directed Wealth Management

Partner with SDWM leaders to achieve or exceed key business metrics. Coach leaders on the systems, behaviors, and business practices that drive improved team performance. Utilize business insights and performance data to identify opportunities and accelerate results. Conduct regular coaching engagements with aligned leaders to strengthen coaching capability and business acumen. Design, facilitate, and support leadership development sessions focused on coaching, sales effectiveness, and practice management. Requirements Five years related experience. Three years of sales or training experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties. Specifically, this role will require the Series 7 and the Series 63. However, these may be obtained within 90 days of hire date.
