# About the Role

TalentBridge is looking for a **Senior Full Stack Engineer** to join our engineering team and work on modern software platforms for our technology partners.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end — from architecture design and backend development to frontend experiences and production deployment.

You will build scalable applications using **Python, FastAPI, modern frontend technologies, and AI-assisted development workflows**. You will collaborate with distributed teams, make technical decisions, and help deliver reliable software solutions for complex business challenges.

# What You’ll Do

## Full-Stack Application Development

* Design, build, and maintain production-grade web applications.
* Develop secure backend services using **Python and FastAPI**.
* Build responsive frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Design scalable REST APIs and service architectures.
* Integrate frontend and backend systems effectively.

## Architecture & Technical Ownership

* Own application architecture and technical implementation decisions.
* Design scalable data models, service boundaries, and system integrations.
* Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
* Build systems focused on reliability, maintainability, and long-term growth.

## Backend Engineering

* Develop high-quality APIs and backend services.
* Implement business logic, workflows, and third-party integrations.
* Optimize performance and scalability.
* Build asynchronous processes and background jobs.

## Frontend Engineering

* Develop user-friendly interfaces for dashboards and complex workflows.
* Create reusable UI components.
* Improve application usability, accessibility, and performance.

## AI-Assisted Development

* Use modern AI development tools such as **Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms**.
* Apply AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
* Explore new AI-powered engineering workflows.

## Quality & Reliability

* Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
* Improve code quality through refactoring and engineering best practices.
* Build secure applications with proper authentication, authorization, and data validation.
* Support production reliability through monitoring and continuous improvement.

# What You Bring

## Required Experience

* 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
* Strong experience with:
* Python
* FastAPI
* REST API development
* Modern JavaScript frameworks
* PostgreSQL or relational databases
* Experience designing and shipping production applications.
* Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
* Experience with Git, API integrations, and modern development workflows.
* Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
* Cursor
* Claude Code
* GitHub Copilot or similar tools
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

# Nice to Have

* Experience building SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-based applications.
* Experience designing highly secure and scalable systems.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
* Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
* Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure automation.
* Personal projects demonstrating AI-powered applications.
