About this Role The Senior Manager, AI Solutions is a strategic, client-facing leader who drives the identification, development, and adoption of AI-enabled and custom technology solutions across Quanta's EPC and field operations. In this role, you will own a portfolio of AI initiatives—translating operational challenges into scalable solutions, quantifying program value, and influencing how our business units invest in and adopt emerging technology.This is not a purely technical role. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and delivery—partnering with operational leaders to shape opportunity, building rapid prototypes to test and demonstrate value, and establishing the frameworks and processes that mature our AI practice over time. Success here means earning trust with business stakeholders, shipping things that work, and building a team and operating model positioned for long-term impact.
