This position's primary focus will be supporting Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts locations.What You'll Do:Be a People Champion: You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role.Drive Change: We're all about innovation and growth. You'll play a key role in shaping our HR strategies and driving initiatives that make a difference.Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with our talented team members and leaders to understand their needs and provide top-notch HR support.What We're Looking For:HR Enthusiast: You have a solid background in HR (at least 3 years of experience with Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Benefits) and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.Tech savvy: We utilize the latest technology like Workday, MS Office and are even starting to incorporate AI into our day-to-day work.
