Job Description

Heal Wellness & Innovations is seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns that support company growth, product launches, events, partnerships, and business initiatives. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing the marketing calendar, coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting sales initiatives, overseeing key marketing assets, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, sales, product development, and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis.
• Develop campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and channel strategies that align with business goals.
• Proactively identify and support upcoming product launches, events, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

• Manage and maintain the company’s marketing calendar and campaign schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to identify future marketing opportunities and priorities.
• Ensure campaigns, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines remain on track across multiple initiatives.

• Coordinate engagement and participation of Medical Advisory Board members in marketing initiatives.
• Manage communications, timelines, content requests, and deliverables with external contributors.
• Build strong relationships while ensuring all content follows required review and approval processes.

• Oversee content strategy across websites, email marketing, social media, and promotional channels.
• Maintain brand consistency, messaging standards, and audience engagement across all platforms.
• Support lead generation, customer engagement, digital marketing, and website initiatives.

• Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop sales-support materials, lead-generation campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
• Track campaign effectiveness and marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue growth.

• Establish campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Monitor marketing performance and maintain campaign reporting dashboards.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve future marketing efforts and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, content strategy, or related marketing roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with leadership, sales teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, branding, lead-generation, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, content management systems, marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and measurable results.
