Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, shining your drive and passion for helping people. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. Adapt in a fast‑paced environment; remain flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and meet customer needs. Qualifications Speak Spanish and English. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience – training and coaching will be provided. Ability to guide customers through options using a consultative approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to schedule changes.
