Accounts Payable Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our client's growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Responsibilities Process and record vendor invoices accurately and on time. Review invoices and supporting documentation for approvals. Prepare vendor payments and reconcile vendor accounts. Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries. Assist with month-end close activities and audits. Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a similar role. Experience with accounting software or ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
