About the Role Lead municipal site and roadway design projects, focusing on grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway infrastructure. Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant designs that improve local communities. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resource management to ensure profitable delivery and client satisfaction. Mentor and inspire a team of engineers, technicians, and EITs, fostering professional development and future leadership growth. Support business development efforts, securing new opportunities and preparing proposals to expand the firm’s public infrastructure practice. What They’re Looking For Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas. 7+ years of experience in public infrastructure site and roadway design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation is a plus. What’s in it for you? Approximate compensation range of $120,000 - $150,000.
