Spa Operations Manager in Spicewood

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Spa Operations Manager to join our opening team. In this role, you will architect the training foundation for our property — developing comprehensive onboarding and service culture programs that reflect Canyon Ranch's legacy of transformative wellness experiences. You will partner closely with Human Resources and Forbes Travel Guide to ensure every colleague and leader is equipped to deliver world‑class, five‑star service from day one. Responsibilities Lead and motivate Spa Services teams, overseeing staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance. Manage payroll, budgets, and reporting to ensure operational and financial excellence. Partner with Facilities to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional guest service and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field) CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment Furst Aid Certified Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history Strong professionalism and adherence to state regulations and Canyon Ranch standards.
