Our agency opened in October 2025 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong culture and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable hands-on experience and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to create. I attended the University of Arkansas and am a big Razorbacks football fan. I’m married with a son, and most of my family lives nearby, so staying connected to the community is important to me. We stay involved locally by participating in back-to-school events each July and August, and we have plans to expand our community involvement even more as we grow. Our team enjoys extra PTO opportunities, a full one-hour lunch break, team outings, free coffee and water, free snacks, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Chandler Tolbert - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
