Transitional Care LPN – Adults and Pediatrics Maple Grove, MN 55311 Responsibilities Provide adequate staffing up to 24/7 for various situations. Take‑home team to say yes to new referrals. Fill staffing gaps to meet the needs of existing clients. Assist with growing our field team by training new nurses. Qualifications LPN with a current valid nursing license. Commit to working agreed‑upon shifts. Willingness to work in all assigned homes. Willingness to train to the top of your license (infant, pediatric, adult, trach and/or vent, and IVs). Willingness to precept onboarding nurses. Commitment to attend school with clients if applicable. Benefits Preventative Care coverage for all employees.
