Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring full-time Service Technicians to join our new branch opening in Kankakee, IL. Any level of experience is welcome to apply!

- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on equipment using Bobcat technical software.
- Perform preventative maintenance per manufacture specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products sold and serviced by Atlas Bobcat.
- Keep the service lead informed of all current and potential issues related to service repairs.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary and customary technician tools in good working condition.
- Complete service repair assignments in timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- General mechanical knowledge and experience; experience with hydraulics, electrical or drive systems is preferred but not required.
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in industrial or automotive industries.
- Strong communications skills.
- A willingness to learn and be trained.
- The ability to manage time and attendance. You must be dependable, self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
Compensation details: 25-35 Hourly Wage
