EDI Business Analyst

Condensed Job Description Job Overview: KWSearch Services, and Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced EDI Business Analyst for their client in Colombia to lead project analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and testing for EDI integrations. This role collaborates with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and quality assurance. This role is fully remote for Colombia residents only. Being bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese, and English is a must. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document EDI project requirements, providing implementation plans for developers. Ensure compliance with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and XML. Conduct quality assurance testing and coordinate efforts with customers. Translate business and technical discussions into field-level data mappings. Manage multiple tasks, prepare reports, and optimize processes. Perform gap and scope analysis on requirements. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience; logistics industry preferred. Strong knowledge of EDI standards, XML, and SQL (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Logistics experience preferred (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage). Integration experience with the retail, government, high tech and/or energy vertical markets, a plus. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or 5+ years of logistics experience. Professional certifications may be required in some areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
