Relocation assistance not available for this role.**What You'll Do*** Develop advanced analytical models, including machine learning solutions, to optimize forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain flows.* Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decision-making.* Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders.* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.* Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, integrating processes, technologies, and stakeholder needs.* Support senior leadership by preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating business reviews.* Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.* Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges.**What You'll Bring*** 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.* Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.* Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.* Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.* Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.* Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.#LI-SH1Our **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
