Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Registered Nurse for a full-time position at our client's site in Ormond Beach, FL. This is your opportunity to step out of a traditional nurse setting and make your impact on employee health, wellness and safety! Assists practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, ancillary tests, and performs a variety of administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide occupational health services including injury assessment, first aid care, accurate medical documentation, vaccination review and administration. Obtain thorough and accurate employee medical history and obtain relevant background information. Collaborate with onsite leadership and medical director to provide complete care and support safe return to work practices. Serve as a health and wellness resource to employees. Assists in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information. Create and drive wellness initiatives to site employees. Maintain clean clinic space and take inventory of supplies and re-order supplies when needed. Maintains and operates all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures. Teach First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogen, etc. and conduct hearing testing on-site for employees.

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when completing and executing tasks such as; drug screens, DOTs, bandaging, dressings and performing quality assurance checks. Ensures accurate, concise, timely and complete documentation of results and paperwork. Sense of Urgency: Provides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume. Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs such as scheduling and working additional/different hours/shifts when appropriate. Ability to consistently deliver quality care in a busy clinical environment. Initiative: Takes action to assist in other areas and to do what is needed to ensure an excellent patient experience. Seeks out opportunities for additional clinical training and self-development in order to consistently provide quality care. Communication: Effectively communicates with all patients, clients, supervisors and peers while incorporating Orange Book values. Education/Credentials

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Nursing Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Education Details: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program Certifications and/or Licenses: Current registration/license in the state where employed Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable: No Continuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job: Yes

Job-Related Experience

Customarily has at least the following experience: 1 year Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field
