Technology Lead | Data On Cloud - Platform | AWS

Technology Lead Work Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 Overview Lead technology initiatives focusing on data engineering, AI, and cloud infrastructure across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities Deliver coordination and management of complex software application development and support projects. Manage offshore and onsite resources; coordinate with client and onsite team members. Lead cross‑location teams, ensuring quality delivery and technical excellence. Required Skills Strong experience in AWS services (e.g., Glue, ECS, data pipelines, serverless, databases, storage services, container services, schedulers, batch services). Experience with Snowflake and Data Build Tool (DBT). Expertise in DBT, Node.js, Python. Experience with Informatica, Power BI, DataStage, Cognos, and database technologies. Knowledge of AI; build AI agents and generative AI solutions. GitLab CI/CD pipeline implementation. Knowledge of DevOps processes, Infrastructure as Code. Good understanding of data warehouses and their implementation. Experience & Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in data engineering, AI, and cloud architecture. Proven experience leading teams across locations. Proficiency with AWS services and related cloud data engineering tools. Strong communication and coordination skills.
