Business Development Representative (BDR)As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you open the doors that drive Protex AI's growth. While our Account Executives focus on closing, you are the force that identifies and engages the next generation of Protex customers.This is a role for someone who wants to master outbound prospecting from the ground up. You'll be the first point of contact for the companies we want to work with, representing our brand and building the pipeline that fuels the business.This is a role with a clear path forward — our strongest BDRs grow into senior sales roles as the company scales.Day To DayIdentify high-potential companies with industrial, manufacturing, and production sites that would benefit from Protex AI across your regionWork with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and run outbound prospecting campaigns, from idea through to qualified callEngage safety and operations decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedInBook qualified introductory meetings for our Account Executives and support them through the early stages of the sales cycleManage and qualify inbound requestsKeep lead and prospect activity accurate and up to date in our CRMMeet and exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targetsRepresent Protex AI at Health and Safety conferences and expos across EuropeBuild strong relationships with Marketing and the Account Executive team, working together to winWhat We're Looking ForAn early-career professional with a genuine passion for sales, eager to build a career with a fast-growing companyMotivated by targets — you do what it takes to hit your numbersA positive, entrepreneurial attitude: curious, comfortable working independently, and unafraid to figure out what worksExcellent communicator and a natural team player who collaborates easily across functionsComfortable learning new digital tools quickly to work efficientlySomeone genuinely excited to work for a fast-scaling startupYou will need to be onsite in our office in Dublin or Boston two days per weekPackage: OTE €60,000 DublinOTE $85,000 BostonPlus stock options, healthcare and pension plan.Protex AI is an inclusive and equal opportunities employer.
