Job Overview: Maintenance Technician:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment. This role supports the maintenance, repair, and continuous operation of production equipment. We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level (with strong mechanical aptitude) to those with hands-on industrial maintenance experience.

Qualifications: Maintenance Technician:

• Basic mechanical aptitude or technical training (vocational school, certification, or equivalent)
• Willingness to learn industrial maintenance skills
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (corrugated or packaging industry a plus)
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems (motors, sensors, PLCs a plus)
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, dust)

Duties: Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance on converting equipment and support machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions
• Inspect equipment for safety, functionality, and efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Work closely with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance
