ob Title: Fabricator / Welder (MIG & TIG)

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for the full fabrication process-taking projects from blueprints to finished metal structures. This role requires a high level of precision in cutting, bending, assembling, and welding, specifically with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.

Responsibilities:

Full Fabrication: Execute the complete process of building metal structures including cutting, bending, and assembling materials.
Precision Welding: Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on Aluminum and Stainless Steel .
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure all builds meet exact specifications.
Structural Integrity: Inspect all finished work to ensure strong joins, clean welds, and proper alignment.
Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain shop equipment and fabrication tools.

Qualifications:

Experience: Professional experience in metal fabrication and structural assembly.
Welding Mastery: Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Materials: Specific experience working with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
Technical Literacy: Ability to work from blueprints or diagrams with minimal supervision.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to handle a physically demanding 10-hour shift.

Schedule & Compensation:

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4-day work week ).
Hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts).

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00
