Full Time
Middletown, PA, US

We’re seeking a Behavior Analyst (BA) to join our exceptional Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EI) program, where you’ll make a direct and lasting impact in the lives of young children with autism. You will provide high quality clinical care to an assigned classroom of approximately 8 clients, supported by RBTs, and focusing on individualized treatment. You will benefit from ongoing supervision and support from an experience BCBA and consultation with a BCBA-D. This isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to lead, collaborate, and innovate in a supportive environment that prioritizes both your professional development and your well-being.
As a member of our team, you’ll benefit from:
- A structured Monday–Friday schedule (daytime hours) — no evenings or weekends
- A consistent client base focused on early intervention
- A collaborative and mission-driven team focused on excellence, compassion, and data-driven care
- Excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, generous paid time off, tuition reimbursement, continuing education support, and more
- Access to advanced training, clinical mentorship, and regular opportunities to grow your skills in evidence-based practices such as the Early Start Denver Model, PEAK, and Precision Teaching
You’ll work onsite at Vista’s Early Intervention Center, a thoughtfully designed setting created to support both young learners and clinical staff. The space features four individualized client rooms, an indoor play area, a new outdoor playground, shared meeting and learning areas, and a dedicated lunch/break room—all in a convenient, easy-to-access location.
