Center Based EI Behavior Analyst

Vista Autism Services

Job Description

Job Description

Behavior Analyst

Full Time

Middletown, PA, US

Are you looking for a meaningful career that combines clinical expertise with the power to truly change lives — without sacrificing your work-life balance? At Vista Autism Services, we believe that unique potential is within reach — for every client, and for every member of our team.

We’re seeking a Behavior Analyst (BA) to join our exceptional Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EI) program, where you’ll make a direct and lasting impact in the lives of young children with autism. You will provide high quality clinical care to an assigned classroom of approximately 8 clients, supported by RBTs, and focusing on individualized treatment. You will have onsite opportunities to integrate parents into their child’s teaching interventions. You will benefit from ongoing supervision and support from an experience BCBA and consultation with a BCBA-D. This isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to lead, collaborate, and innovate in a supportive environment that prioritizes both your professional development and your well-being.

As a member of our team, you’ll benefit from:

  • A structured Monday–Friday schedule (daytime hours) — no evenings or weekends
  • A consistent client base focused on early intervention
  • A collaborative and mission-driven team focused on excellence, compassion, and data-driven care
  • Excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, generous paid time off, tuition reimbursement, continuing education support, and more
  • Access to advanced training, clinical mentorship, and regular opportunities to grow your skills in evidence-based practices such as the Early Start Denver Model, PEAK, and Precision Teaching

You’ll work onsite at Vista’s Early Intervention Center, a thoughtfully designed setting created to support both young learners and clinical staff. The space features four individualized client rooms, an indoor play area, a new outdoor playground, shared meeting and learning areas, and a dedicated lunch/break room—all in a convenient, easy-to-access location.

If you're passionate about the science of behavior and inspired to work where your expertise truly matters, we invite you to read on and explore what it means to be a Behavior Analyst at Vista.
