Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I had a background in sales and hospitality, including working with PSA leads and handling AV setups for conferences. After relocating to the area, I eventually made the move into agency ownership and haven’t looked back. Outside of the office, I’m a big family person. I've been married for 15 years with three boys (14, 12, and 9), all named after Dodgers legends. I’m a huge baseball fan, especially of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and I love music as well. Earlier in life, I toured with bands and traveled all over, which sparked my passion for collecting and exploring new places. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
