Bilingual Salesforce Ops Analyst - Remote Ontario

Motive

Motive is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales Operations team by driving best practices, optimizing Salesforce workflows, and improving forecasting while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, collaboration with finance, marketing, product and customer success, and the ability to create dashboards and reports that empower the sales organization.
