Experienced Service Technician

The technician will provide a luxury experience to both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service and relationship building. Pay Range Base pay: $56,000.00/yr – $136,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience) Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures. Test‑drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of any additional service needed and provide an estimate of time required for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications 5+ years of Service Technician experience required. A‑level qualification, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair. Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude. Basic computer skills. Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and be a team player. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications and operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
