Law Clerk PositionHooks, Meng & Clement (HMC) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our growing Las Vegas office. HMC practices Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense, OSHA employer representation, and industrial insurance litigation, representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.This position offers hands-on litigation experience, providing the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on legal research, drafting, case management, and all phases of litigation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
