This position involves delivering prompt assessments, triage, and evidence-based nursing care to patients experiencing urgent and emergent health issues across all age groups. Key Responsibilities Conduct rapid assessments and triage of patients. Provide evidence-based nursing care for urgent and emergent conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Coordinate diagnostic tests and monitor vital signs. Respond to emergencies following ACLS/PALS protocols. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create effective care plans. Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management. Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in an emergency care setting is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
