Phlebotomist - Part Time

Labcorp seeks a part-time phlebotomist for a patient service center in Dearborn, Michigan, working Monday-Friday afternoons. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing customer service in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and process billing data accurately
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide exceptional customer service and perform administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience or completed accredited training program
- Ability to perform venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
