What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop personalized care plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in interventions
• Adjust treatments based on patient progress and evaluation outcomes
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding speech and swallowing issues
• Document all services accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Support and supervise CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists as needed
• Ensure adherence to ASHA and state practice acts, ethics, and professional standards

What You Need

• Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Active ASHA Certification and State Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical settings, preferably LTC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
