What You'll Do:

• Assess patients' physical functioning and develop personalized treatment plans following regulatory standards
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and supportive device use
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as needed
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with team members, including nurses and other healthcare providers
• Support and supervise rehabilitation aides, students, and assistants when applicable
• Participate in facility meetings, trainings, and compliance activities
• Ensure all documentation and procedures meet clinical and regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri or eligibility in Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or outpatient rehab preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of relevant clinical practices and documentation procedures
• Ability to adhere to professional ethics and state/federal regulations
