This opportunity seeks a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a pharmacy in Wheat Ridge, CO. The role involves assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing prescription orders, and ensuring accurate and efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
• Manage prescription records and verify patient information
• Assist with inventory control and medication restocking
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of pharmacy procedures, prescription processing, and medication terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Certification or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred or required per state regulations
