Home Infusion Pharmacist

Pharmaceutical Care Provider

Responsible for provision of all facets of pharmaceutical care related to intravenous homecare patients.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (or higher)
• Two years of experience in intravenous therapy in a hospital or in a home infusion setting that includes parenteral admixtures and patient clinical management.
• Valid NC Pharmacist License
• American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire

Pay Range

$112070.40 - $163351.76

Shift Details:

40 hours per week 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

On call every third week for after hour calls
