Oversee general business operations on company‑operated routes. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in carrying out job duties. Manage route performance to key performance indicators and ensure compliance with best practices. Meet with customers to promote sales and brand awareness; maintain a schedule of key account visits. Collaborate with Sales Operations Director and Market Vice President to analyze market and identify sales opportunities. Conduct weekly reviews to monitor personal growth objectives. Stay current on consumer insights and adjust sales strategies. Call on potential customers and expand the customer base. Work with route staff and retail management on product promotions, displays, and other opportunities. Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Route Sales Representatives and Specialists. Operate company routes, providing coverage to maintain customer service. Maintain accurate route settlement, invoicing, inventory counts, and cash collection. Ensure compliance with DOT, company, and federal regulations, including vehicle operation and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned, including attendance and schedule adherence. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant management or sales experience. Minimum 1 year of retail food and beverage sales experience preferred. Essential Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field. Salary range: $75,000–$80,000 per year. Must obtain DOT medical certification to drive a commercial motor vehicle. Must meet fleet insurance guidelines for your MVR. EEO Statement Flowers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
